We only collect the personal information needed to process your order and deliver your files: name, e-mail address and billing details. Payment card data is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
We use your e-mail to send your download links and order information, and to answer support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies required for the shopping cart and your account. Some blog pages show advertising from Google AdSense; Google may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings and disable cookies in your browser.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use this site. Google Analytics may use cookies to measure usage. Order identifiers and download tokens in URL parameters are excluded from the page addresses we send to Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to [email protected].
Refund and cancellation
You have 7 calendar days after the purchase to test your spreadsheet.
- If you have any problem, contact us and we will help you solve it.
- If the spreadsheet does not meet your needs, we can exchange it for a more suitable template or refund your payment.
- For promotional packages, you can exchange up to two spreadsheets of the package within the same 7-day period.
After 7 days refunds are no longer possible. To request a refund, e-mail [email protected] with your order number.
