Our products are digital files (Microsoft Excel spreadsheets) delivered by download. No physical product is shipped.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the spreadsheet in your own business or personal activities, on as many of your computers as you need. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or offer the files, in whole or in part, as your own product.

3. Intellectual property

All spreadsheets, code (VBA), texts and images on this website are the property of Spreadsheets Templates and protected by copyright law.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Compatibility

Please check the requirements in each product description and in our FAQ before buying. Most templates require Microsoft Excel for Windows.

6. Support and refunds

Free support and our 7-day guarantee are described in the Privacy and Refund Policy.

7. Liability

The spreadsheets are management tools. You are responsible for the data you enter and for the decisions you make based on it. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to new purchases.
