How do I receive my spreadsheet?
Right after payment you are redirected to a page with the download link. The link is also sent to your e-mail, and you can get new links anytime on the "My downloads" page.
Can I install it on more than one computer?
Yes, you can install it on as many computers as you need.
Do I have to pay monthly fees?
No. The purchase is a one-time payment and there are no monthly or extra fees.
Which versions of Excel are supported?
Our spreadsheets work with Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer, including Microsoft 365, on Windows and Mac.
Does it work on Mac, tablet, phone or Google Sheets?
Most templates are regular Excel files: they work in Excel on Windows and Mac and also open in Google Sheets (some formatting may look slightly different). A few advanced templates use macros (VBA) and need Microsoft Excel for Windows; check the compatibility note on each template page before buying.
How does technical support work?
Support is free, Monday to Friday, by e-mail ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (+55 77 98117-6733) and, if necessary, by remote access by appointment.
Can you customize a spreadsheet for me?
Changes that modify the structure of a spreadsheet are not included in the free support, but we can send you a quote for custom development.
What if I lose my file?
Go to the "My downloads" page, enter the e-mail you used to buy and we will send you new download links.
What is your refund policy?
You have 7 days to test the spreadsheet. If it does not meet your needs, contact us and we will help you, exchange it for a more suitable template or refund you.
