Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased separate spreadsheets (out of packages): You will have up to 07 calendar days to use the spreadsheet and verify the viability of using it. If you have any kind of problem, or if you see that the spreadsheet is not able to meet your needs, please contact us and we will help you solve the problem or, if necessary, exchange the spreadsheet for one that is more suitable for your needs. After the 07-day period, the return of the investment will not be possible.

If you have purchased a promotional spreadsheet package: You will have up to 7 calendar days to use the package’s spreadsheets and verify the viability of their use. If you have any kind of problem with the spreadsheets, please contact us and we will help you implement them or solve the problems, including exchanging up to two spreadsheets in the package. The refund is proportional to the number of worksheets. Example: You bought a package with 10 worksheets for R$500, and had problems with 3 worksheets, the refund will be R$150. After the 7-day period, the return of the investment will not be possible, but all other practices remain valid indefinitely.

In cases of defective spreadsheets, the cancellation of the purchase may be requested at any time, following the same rules as above: total refund for single spreadsheets and proportional for packages.
